Flexibility or Scale – You Can’t Have Both

Find me a small business owner employing five or less people, and I’ll show you a person who dreams of scaling larger.

Bring me one with more than six of them, and I’ll show you a person who probably longs for the simplicity of his “small team” day of business.

1-5 Employees – You’re managing an improv troupe. Anything goes.

6+ Employees – You’re conducting a marching band. Fall in line.

The flexible creativity we enjoy during our startup phase has a tendency of giving way to minimally-negotiable systems and increasing structure if our goal is to scale.

Unfortunately, we can’t have it both ways.

Mark is doing a free training where he covers all kinds of benchmarks that gym owners need to know. To help as many gym owners as possible attend, we’ll be holding the training twice. So you can pick from one of the following two options:

    • Friday October 13th @ 12pm est
    • Saturday October 14th @ 12pm est

He’ll share with you the exact numbers used when analyzing a gym’s performance, as well as give you direction for how to fix underperforming numbers.

Attendees will also receive a dead simple plug-and-play spreadsheet to input their numbers and see how they fare, as well as a PDF with the slides for further review.

And it’s totally FREE.
